Charter Flight Information
The following information is provided to you if your country/island delegation is interested in chartering an Airline for your travel needs to American Samoa for the 10th Festival of Pacific Arts on July 20 to August 2, 2008.
In preparation for a charter flight to Pago Pago, American Samoa, ANY airline requesting to come must provide the following information to PPG Airport fax number 684-699-4039 or email to [email protected] in order to acquire a Prior Permission Request (PPR) number of approval from the airport authority:
1. Itinerary - Providing ETA and ETD, origin and destination
2. Type of Aircraft - This is to determine the landing fee for each aircraft utilizing Maximum Takeoff Weight
3. Personnel on Board - In case of emergency response
4. Contact Number - Required for any changes on itinerary and/or approval
status of PPR
Refueling needs must be coordinated through BP Oil at 684-733-1090 or 684-699-9111.
All airlines, besides schedule flights into Pago Pago, American Samoa must request permission as provided above. Landing Fee charge is $3.50 per 1,000 lbs.
Please contact your local airlines on possible charter partnerships to assist in meeting your transportation needs to and from Pago Pago, American Samoa.
