ASG Retirement Fund
What ever happened to the interest in what’s happening at the Retirement Fund? How is the fund doing? Did the Senators enjoy their trip to Hawaii. Why aren’t the owners of the fund (ASG employees) being informed about the true status of the fund? Is the fund being operated in full compliance with Federal laws? Do Federal laws apply? Has the fund paid for any more exorbitant travel recently? Why don’t we see more reports on this subject in the local media? Are the present board members still qualified and authorized to manage the fund given that their terms have all expired?

Now hear this: The Treasurer, Valega, put the $20. Mil where it belonged, in the bank. This was to keep preying fingers off of it until it had been earmarked, approved, and ready for disbursement.Plus this would allow it to accumulate some interest. He was rewarded by a “Pink Slip.” The Governor got sick. There was a $15. Mil allocatation for various projects, like a Tug Boat. This is hanky panky. Keep your eye on the M/V Sili. Nevertheless, what is going to happen to the remaining $5 Mil.? There were a bunch of nervous people running about while the Governor was ill.

I think the administrator is asking too many questions!
BUT, is it legal for such a loan to be made to the government? Perhaps the answer is with the Department of Labor!
