10th Pacific Arts Festival participants to be given condoms

The American Samoa organising committee for
the 10th Pacific Arts Festival has yet to decide on
the number of condoms it will make available to the more than 2,000 participants during the festival next year.
The Committee co-chair, Fagafaga Daniel Langkilde, said distribution of condoms to participants of any major regional event, such as the recent South Pacific Games, has become a controversial issue.
He said the committee will make condoms available to participants of the festival but no details have been finalised. |
